Good questions.

Does it require any special hardware?
Nope. ShiftBaton works on any phone, tablet, or screen: iOS, Android, whatever you already have. No apps to download, no dedicated devices to buy. The ideal setup is a shared tablet stationed where your team gathers at shift change, but a QR code on the wall gets everyone on from their own phone just as well.
How does the kiosk work?
You print a QR code from the Manager Console and stick it by the door. Staff scan it with their phone, tap their name, and they're live on the shift board in seconds. Nothing to install, no login required for staff.
Can multiple people use it at the same time?
Yes, that's the whole point. Every device sees the same live board in real time. Your opener, your mid, and your closer can all be on it simultaneously, on their own phones.
What if we have more than one location?
ShiftBaton is built for multi-location from day one. Each location gets its own board, its own QR code, and its own team. Billing is per location, so you only pay for what you run, and adding a new location is as simple as setting one up.
Is it only for coffee shops?
It was built with coffee shops in mind, but it works for any shift-based team: cafes, bars, restaurants, retail, gyms. The ideal setup is a shared tablet mounted or stationed where your team naturally gathers during a shift change. That said, it works just as well on any phone or screen. The tablet is just the most efficient home base.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. No contracts, no commitments. Cancel from your account settings at any time. Your location stays active until the end of the billing period.
